Our People
From the beginning, the goal of our program at CHRISTUS Santa Rosa has been to gather the best people in order to produce the best clinical, educational and professional experience possible. We are proud of our team and our people are what make us special.
Our faculty encompass a wide array of clinical experience—from years of rural private practice to inner city urban practice. We span the breadth of family medicine from the range of ambulatory procedures to the most complicated inpatient situations. Whether caring for newborns, the elderly, weekend warriors, or highly skilled college and professional athletes, our faculty members have done it all—from normal prenatal care to complicated obstetrics; from solo practice to large, multi-physician practices. Many of our faculty members are known locally and nationally as leaders in our field and we teach those leadership skills to all our residents. Our residents come to us from across Texas and the United States and represent some the best and brightest new family physicians in the country. We are extremely proud of the quality we continue to see in our residents.
