Frederick Brown, MD, FACOG

Co-Director of Maternity Services

Georgetown University School of Medicine, 1971.
Residency: Madigan Army Medical Center, Tacoma, WA
Specialty board: American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Dr. Brown is a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist who joined the faculty in January 2004. Since graduating from Georgetown University School of Medicine, his career has been segmented into military medicine, mainstream private practice of obstetrics and gynecology, medical education, and advanced gynecologic surgery. He is an accomplished speaker at the local, regional and national levels on a wide variety of topics including sexual health, breast cancer, hormone therapy, gynecologic surgery and the spiritual aspects of medicine. He enjoys adventure with his wife Marian, a San Antonian. They enjoy their five grandchildren immensely.
